A sea of books / Een zee van boeken
Voorstelling en betekenis:
Een zee van boeken met een bootje in het midden. De betekenis is dat boeken je meenemen op avontuur, en meenemen op reis naar verre plekken. Het bootje benadrukt de reis. Op het schilderij staan ook gedichten, namelijk:
